Dr. Ajay Bisht, MD

I have been a patient for seven years plus with Dr. Ajay Bisht, I have been put through great mental and physical duress, because I was dropped without a notice or any reason other than them, stating that I had canceled when it was the front office consistently calling and rescheduling my appointments very poor service over the last year. At one point Dr. Bisht was a very caring doctor never would have I ever expected to be dropped as a patient they way that I was all because of poor communication with his front office staff this is critical for cardiovascular patients and patients facing mental illness.

Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. They did the blood work at the office location, which was very convenient, with a follow up appoint to see the doctor to review the results. Dr. Bisht, was very professional and explained my situation very thoroughly. The office staff, was very professional and friendly. I Highly Recommend this Doctor and Office.

The physician does not meet my expectations. Limited communication skills. Does not listen. No risk/benefit discussion. Does not review consults prior to making decisions. The clerical staff is excellent. Organized. PA is knowledgeable. Willing to discuss test results and treatment care plans.

Great “bedside manner”, takes his time to update my medical needs.

Was just fine for awhile. Had me flagged two years ago without me knowing that I was flagged, and could no longer see him. Was told by the staff for 2 years that it was due to only seeing older patients, to recently find out that he has been seeing younger patients for awhile now. I was always respectful. Was it my hair? The way I Could have at least been given a notice (as required), and sought out a new primary care physician,...rather than thinking for a couple years in vain that he was still my PCP. Two years wasted that I cannot get back regarding my specialized care. I was always clean, respectful, and kind, as was he. But the level of professionalism Dr. Bisht has is obviously severely lacking. Would hate to see you taken off his list as well, without any notice or forewarning, "just because." So be careful.

Outstanding and to the point. He expected lab work and other test to be preformed in time for my next appointment a week later. His advice was correct each time and he didn't waste my time.

Dr. Bisht is to the point when needed but also listens and does not cut you off when speaking. Also very polite and does not just disregard your own opinion about your health but considers what you’re saying and explains thoroughly as to why certain things and not just override everything you say.

I drive around two hours round trip to see him. I pass dozens and dozens of Doctors and after checking out many of them, I have not and will not ever change. as lazy as I have become, this is an extremely strong recommendation. Jack Goldsmith, Lady Lake.

Dr Bisht is an amazing physician. He’s caring, concerned and extremely honest. He doesn’t sugarcoat what your problem is. I have been seeing him for years and he has always been right on. He doesn’t come into the room prescription pad in hand, looks at me when we talk and we can talk about alternatives to drugs. If you want a knowledgeable caring physician who will be concerned about your complete health, Dr Bisht should be your choice.

Dr. Bisht is very competent and knowledgeable doctor. He really cares about his patients and them to do well. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PCP.

How anyone can say this man is uncaring, unprofessional and a lousy doctor, is way beyond me. He's been my doctor for over 5 years now and has always treated me with respect and given me all the time needed to discuss whatever my problem might be. He is very busy as he is well liked. I have recommended him to my friends and will continue to do so. Maybe someone caught him on an off day or someone was rude to him, I don't know, but this doctor gets four stars from me.

I tried to make an appointment here for what looks like skin cancer and severe uncontrolled asthma. When I explained that I had share of cost Medicaid and would pay cash I was told that that wasn’t allowed. I had to have accepted covered insurance, become an established patient and could then pay cash. I wonder if I can sue them if I die of skin cancer or an asthma attack?

when I was in the hospital having heart stints put in my kidneys failed. Dr. Bisht worked with me for a year and got my kidneys back to normal and blood pressure down from 200/90 now he has it down to 126/70. He spends time with me and explains everything so that I can understand it. He does yell at me when I don't do what he says and I don't listen to him. He is a caring Dr. that wants his patients to get better and live healthy. Wouldn't change to any other Dr. even if you paid me to.

Very though and doesn't waste time

What an amazing person. Very knowledgeable and kind. When you leave his office you are educated on everything you need to know instead of being confused with big doctor terminology. His bedside manner is charming and there is no doubt that he has your best interest in mind. Wouldn't change him for the world.

Complete unproffesional

Absolutely the worst Dr. Ive ever experiences. Doesnt even let you speak. I have spinkg BP of 240/120 and he literally said whatya want me to do?-just deal with it-the guys bedside manner is that of a bery uncaring person and he apparently forgot the hippocratic oath. Dont go to this uncaring-uncommunicative Dr.-i was absolutely blown away by his ineptnes AS was my girlfriend whom was with me.
