Office refused to see me for my new patient appointment stating you’re required to be there 30 min early. Email from provider showed appointment time and had NO request to arrive early. Even though I was 15 min early for my scheduled appointment time they refused to see me. I could understand if you were late being asked to reschedule - but being 15 min early and still not being good enough… Save your time and go to another provider that is more respectful of your time and business!

Dr Davina has been my doctor for years. Since I’m a lupus patient, its necessary for me to see the doctor several times a year , especially during a flare. She gets 5 stars from me. Thank you Dr Davina for being so caring, compassionate, always gets to the bottom of the illness, and most importantly a doctor that meets the needs of her patients.

This has been my primary care doctor for several years now. It started out good with quick appointment scheduling and low wait times. They use nurse practitioners which helped with the wait times. But recently they have been contracted with the county to do virus testing and from there things went downhill rapidly. They can't handle the business they have at their main office but are expanding to a nearby town. As it is .... you can expect to wait 3 months or more if you actually want to see a DOCTOR .... otherwise you can get in to see a different nurse practitioner (different EVERY TIME). No chance with this system to get a health care provider that knows you or that you know and are comfortable with. The turnover in the office staff is constant. There are never the same people in the office from one month to the next (and the people that are there don't know how to use a fax or just don't care that they don't send).

Horrible system for taking new patients. Might as well not bother. They force you to see a non medical person to take a history before they will even schedule you. Just do not take new patients then. Just a tome wasting, money making scheme to me.

Coming from a man that has seen over 50 doctors from numerous states I feel that I'm more than qualified to rate Dr Davina as excellent. She is very busy so she talks fast as I do, BUT, she Explains, she is compassionate, and she listens to her patients, which I find most Doctors Lack BIG time. I have a little problem with her office staff, but I feel that is the norm. but most of her staff, OMAR and Gail especially being exceptional.

Very conscientious in finding the problem and treating it correctly. Listens to what you say. Easy to get answers to my questions.
