Dr. Celestino Santi, DO

Dr Santi is very thorough and his staff very helpful. He diagnosed a blood clot in my wife that could have been life threatening. As a result, one of his excellent referrals successfully removed the clot.Keene, Peg and Bernice are first rate workers with lots of experience.We are pleased Dr Santi is our physician.

It seems to me that Dr.Santi’s experience, knowledge & compassion contribute to him being like a “super doctor “. He does everything he can to help you.

I finally found a new Primary Care Doctor. I have an issue with the lack of integrity and the numerous screw ups by administrative staff. We were lied to about insurance coverage and his recent arrest put the icing on the cake for me.

Have been going by the office to drop off paperwork and the door has been locked every time. It was not during their lunch hour, and when called, you are placed on constant hold. What is going on? Do I need to find another primary care dr??

Dr.Santi treated me for 10 years that I lived in Florida and I would highly recommend to friends. I wish I could find a doctor where I live now that is as good as Dr. Santi is

Dr. Santi is the best doctor i have ever been to. His office staff Ms. Keena and Nurse Peg have went out of their way to help my family. They have all went above and beyond to help me. I have a handicap sister and Dr. Santi and Kim go out of their way to make sure shes taken care of.

Dr. Santi is an excellent Doctor. I will recommend him to anyone who wants a good Primary Dr. Very satisfied with all his services. The nicest and best safe. All very well trained, and along with combination of Dr. Santi makes visits almost down right a pleasure. Very pleased. William G Usilton

Would not recommend Dr Santi to friends, family or strangers...primarily due to office staff - the receptionist & nurse are condescending. Dr Santi seemed ok the one & only time I saw him but the receptionist routinely refuses to ask Dr Santi or the nurse to return my calls (regarding results of lab work, medication, etc). The last episode the receptionist refused to give a message regarding some needed medication. Fortunately, my health issue wasn't life threatening & I found another doctor.

The office staff is NOT knowledgeable about common procedure protocols. They make appointments for dates when doctors aren't in the office. They request you get there 10 minutes prior to your appointment time but then make you sit in their lobby for 25 minutes, then make you sit in the room for another 1/2 hour waiting to see the doctor. They care nothing about your personal time and don't try to make an effort. Better training for their staff as well as compassion for your time would be nice !!
