I was waiting for results of a thyroid ultrasound. After 3 weeks of waiting for a call for my results, I called twice for some information. It took another 2 weeks for a call back. I don't care if you're a competent doctor, if you can't take 60 seconds to return a call regarding test results, it doesn't say much for your qualifications. I didn't even care if the doctor called back! Anyone would have been fine!

Dr Pleas discussed the procedure of my upcoming surgery. He was informative, positive, compassionate and understanding with my concerns and questions. He reassured me as he had performed my upcoming surgery many times.

Previous to see in Dr. Pleas I could not find anyone that could provide relief for my symptoms. Doctor please along with his assistant and nurses were very thorough and quick to find a remedy for my situation. They all take the time to listen answer my questions and are always very professional. I have already recommended his office to others.

Dr. Pleas is a well-rounded excellent physician. Not only is he good at what he does, but he has great bedside manner as well. He takes the time to listen to concerns and address them on the spot. He never makes you feel like he is rushed. I would recommend him to anyone!

He only answers questions he feels like answering and does not respond to mycharts messages. This is not what I expect when I am paying hundreds/thousands of dollars for the privilege.

Dealing with Dr. Pleasvand his office was beyond frustrating. We could not get a call back after leaving numerous message. Was told several times by his answering service that his nurse would call us back which did not happen. Could not get my husband's surgery scheduled after several attempts to do so. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
