Rushed visit/terrible billing process
I had an appointment to see Dr. Abbass as an outpatient VA Community Care health appointment. I don’t think I could have had a worse experience! To start he was at least 40 min to see me for my appointment. Then the total appointment time took less than 5 min, and I had never seen him before. He didn’t care to hear my medical history or any other pertinent information. He just passively dismissed me and my concerns, and sent me back to the VA. Then come to find out his staff couldn’t figure out how to process the Community Care referral, and just sent my account to collections. Please bear in mind that this was a prior approved VA Community Care referral and I’m a 100% disabled veteran and this is how I was treated.I would not ever recommend seeing him or going through his staff’s completely inept billing process!Good luck!

I have seen Dr Abbass off and on for years because I have a primary immune deficiency. He is absolutely the best doctor that I’ve ever been to. He is also very compassionate and the office staff is so very nice. He did a sinus surgery on me years ago and I barely had to ever go back to him and chronic sinus infections are very prevalent in people with CV ID . Once in a while when I had one I would go in there and he would suction my sinuses and give me antibiotics and it was cured right away when I know that most people with you immune deficiency has problems with sinus infections lasting months and months, not me, because I was so very fortunate to have Dr Abbass and was able to keep functioning normally even with an immune deficiency. I worked in the medical field for 20 years and we always knew who the best doctors are. Dr. Abbass is definitely at the very top of that list. I cannot express how grateful I am to him. I would highly recommend him to my family and everyone.

A very nice doctor who took his time to listen to my concerns without hurrying me. Tremendous experience as he has been practicing for more than 40 years and works with his 2 sons who also practice the same specialty. Took care of my ear and nasal sinus and allergy issues within a few weeks after I had seen 2 other ENTs who were not helpful at all.

I went in for consultation. I wanted to discuss my reoccuring sinus infections. I let the Doctor know I didn't have an infection. He didn't speak english too well, but wasn't shy to spray some type of solution into my nasal passages, then put a camera up there to look for an infection I told him I didn't have. Long story short I received a bill for appx. $500. It's a shame that doctors such as Abdul abuse their patients in this manner Treats you like a fast food customer....not even.
