I saw Dr. Brown today for concerns with my ears, nose, and throat. I came prepared with my questions and concerns. He listened to each one and had clarifying questions for me, which showed me that he truly cared to understand. He completed my exam in under 30 minutes and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I felt very confident in Dr. Brown's experience and that's not something you always feel with doctors. I would definitely recommend anyone who has ENT concerns to see him - - no matter how large or small. Front desk staff was great too, and I am a TOUGH critic!!!

My experience at Dr. Browns office was absolutely exceptional. I was in severe misery with a horribly impacted ear and his front office people got me in immediately even being a new patient. Once I got there for the appointment I was seen immediately and Dr. Brown told me not to worry. We will fix this problem today. My ear was so badly impacted that he spent at least 45 minutes to make sure the job was done right. He went so above and beyond to make sure without worrying about time and only cared about making me feel better. To me it has been a life changing appointment because I thought I was going def and I tried many other options and failed. He really knows what he is doing and I owe him alot for his amazing care. His office personal were very friendly and professional as well! I would highly recommend this man. He saved me big time!

Been going here for 30 yrs
Dr. Brown and his staff have taken care of me since 1994. I've bought hearing aids with them every since. He's taken care of my kids ear issues as well. He knows what he's doing and he cares.

It’s all cause of Dr Browns I hope I have a heart attack on what ever is going on with me. He treated me so bad I hate life now. So I don’t care what happens to my health. He didn’t even care enough to spend in my meds until the next day. Thanks a lot for nothing. Thanks Brown for me hating life now.

I recently had a moderate hearing loss and developed severe tinnitus. I saw Dr. Brown as a second opinion and to see someone closer to my home. I don’t want to go into a lot of detail, but he was extremely unprofessional, very disinterested in what was going on with me and mostly wanted to tell me about himself. I had paperwork from a previous ENT and Dr. Brown just shuffled through those papers, basically skimming over them. He seemed like he was agitated or on speed; very antsy, shaking his leg, never looking at me and speaking so quickly that I couldn’t keep up with his train of thought. He never asked me what happened to me, how my hearing/tinnitus was while I was there, and never really answered any of my questions. It was a lot of “ I’ve seen this before; I have a lot of experience with this; nothing you can do, deal with it”. He was extremely dismissive.

Dr. Brown was amazing with my 76 yr old mom/patient Barbara. Severe bloody nose/clots, was in ER 3x in 36 hrs. Nose was plugged with 'rocket balloon' for 4 days, but in middle of the night I had to page him at 1 AM for bleeding prior to our visit, he was so nice and said use ice on the bridge of her nose to slow it down to try and see him vs take her back to ER for a new rocket to prolong his visit 4+ days. He repacked the nose early AM at his office, our 1st in person visit and was great, calmed her down. New bleeding next day, we paged him at 6 PM Saturday night, again good instruction, said if her BP was too high he really wanted her in the hospital. So, when bleeding began at 1 AM, she was admitted by Dr. Brown & PCP. Clots nose/throat began at 7 AM, and even though he 'was not on call' he came in and repacked both nostrils and was wonderful with her, wanting to take care of his own patient. Always felt she needed to be in hospital to control BP, adhering to the bleeding. A1+

Dr. Brown and his staff helped me to avoid surgery by being patient, kind and respectful. The whole experience was remarkable in this day and age of everyone being in a hurry and not being very empathetic and kind. I would highly recommend this doctor and his staff is very responsive and friendly.

Dr. Brown is one of the only doctors that would see our daughter and take the time that was needed to treat her. She is a special needs child and required extra time for check ups. We never felt rushed to get in and out of the office. His first question to us as parents is what is going on. We love going to see him.

Dr. Brown is amazing. He is kind and friendly but gets straight to the point. This is exactly how I want my doctors. I went to his office at Hillcrest for a complete wax blockage, infection, and significant pain. I had already been to a clinic and an urgent care center both of which could not help. The ENT doctor I was referred to would not see me for more than a month despite my pain. Dr. Brown's office was friendly, responsive, and easily fit me into their schedule ASAP.

I was seen relatively quickly however, he saw me literally no more than three minutes. I felt rushed, he was not gentle with my ears which have been giving me problems almost all year, he dismissed it all as allergies which the medicines don't work including the one he gave me, and he put down my regular doctors as not knowing what they were doing thinking my ear was more serious than allergies. I then get a bill of $125 for this-insurance covered much of it though.
