Biography: Dr. Amy Nash (Dr. Amy) is proud to say she is a native of Colorado, who grew up in Denver. As a child and teenager, she spent her free time dancing at Colorado Ballet and then Cleo Parker Robinson, graduating from Manual High School in 1993. Her college years were enjoyed in Vermont, at Middlebury College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Modern Dance. After college, she lived in Boston and worked for a national marketing firm, the Jack Morton Company, for two years. During this time, she realized her desire to pursue a career in medicine and attended Tufts University's Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program. She then attended Emory University School of Medicine and was awarded the distinction of being a member of the AOA medical honor society. After too many years away from Colorado, she thankfully returned home in 2005, to complete her residency with the University of Colorado at The Children's Hospital. During her training she took special interest in the areas of sports medicine and primary care, and has been working with Dr. Noah and Dr. Brandon since the summer of 2008. In addition to being a pediatrician, she is a mother, which she recognizes as being her most challenging and rewarding accomplishment to date.

Biography: Rich Gustafson was born in Seattle and moved to Denver after graduating from Vanderbilt School of Medicine, which included an international year studying cultures approach to health. Dr. Rich offers over 20 years of diverse pediatric experience. He worked for The Children's Hospital Colorado in their emergency rooms and as a hospitalist for 3 years following his pediatric residency training there. Biography: Originally from North Canton, Ohio, Jody moved to Colorado in 1981 following graduation from the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Colorado and Children's Hospital, and then founded Cherry Creek Pediatrics in 1985, starting as a solo practitioner. She is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics (University of Colorado Anschutz Campus) and remains an active staff member at Children's Hospital Colorado, where she served on its Board of Directors for 11 years.
