Not a bit happy about my visit
After about 5 minutes of conversation Dr Ward went and ordered me a prescription that cost over $2000. Without discussing it with me. This is after they over home at the front desk. The doctor gave me a couple of phone numbers- none of these worked.

Heads and shoulders above the rest
Dr. Ward performed an endoscopy procedure in 2018 at the Denver West facility. When I meet a medical professional, I evaluate their skill and their “bedside manner”. During my first appointment, I knew that I selected the best gastro physician. She is not only competent, she had the ability to put me at ease immediately. In April I contacted her office to schedule both an endoscopy and colonoscopy and on 7/5/22 she performed both procedures at the Denver West facility. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Ward and her staff!!

Dr. Ward is a wonderful doctor. She's always been very warm, honest and upfront with me and I drive a good distance to see her. I appreciate her no-nonsense approach and I feel she's very well read on the latest research. It was nice to talk to her about what we know (and don't know) about gut health.

Dr Ward was very informative, understanding, & calm. I remained awake during my colonoscopy. She & the nurse were very helpful. I couldn't have asked for it to go better! I was in & done before my actual appointment time. I was able to drive myself home!

I was absolutely terrified at the thought of having a colonoscopy. On my 50th birthday I was made aware by my primary doc it was time. It took me 5 years to gain the courage to follow through. The day after my 55th birthday I completed the mission. My anxiety levels were ridiculously high, I was scared and looking for any reason to cancel. And then, I was greeted by the most gentle male staff member who led me into an office filled with wonderful well mannered respectful people who took amazing care of me. I’m insanely modest, the gowns offered in advance of procedure were more than enough to keep me covered, I was kept warm with a blanket fresh out of the warmer. Doctor Ward is wonderful, a beautiful human who takes tremendous pride in her work, confident, competent, kind, gentle. I did not feel judged for being fearful or anxious. I remember absolutely nothing about the procedure. I encourage all 50 year olds to go get a colonoscopy! Kudos to Dr. Ward and staff.

Dr. Ward just called, on a Saturday to review my CT scan that was done yesterday! What doctor calls you anymore?. Anyways, my husband and I were really nervous about this new, unexpected colon diagnosis and she put our minds at ease today. She really cares and works hard for her patients. ~ Alice

Im a medical prof of 20+yrs. Emily was fine in her eval of a grade 2 hemorrhoid that takes 5 mins to treat in office. I told her I want a colonoscopy as I'm 47, while Im being treated for hemorrhoid. But later, I decided to just do hemorrhoid. Her staff called me, and said she required me to get a Sigmoidscopy. A 10minute $2600.00 out of pocket procedure to be done at the hospital, and hemorrhoid an hour later at her outpatient office. Doesn't make sense, this wasn't about me, it was about money

Dr. Ward came across as patronizing and treated me like I was an idiot. The staff was very unorganized, they don't know which patient is in what room or even if a patient is in a room. The only one that seemed to have a clue as to what was going on was the receptionist. After all the problems I had with my office visit she apologized to me over and over. Probably the worst doctor's appt I have ever had.
