Biography: Jane M Grimberg, APRN-CNP, FNP-BC, CHFN received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2007, her Master of Science, Clinical Nurse Specialist in 1992, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1989, all from Wright State University. She received her Associates Degree in Applied Science - Nursing from Lima Technical College in 1984. Jane is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also certified as a Heart Failure Nurse by the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses. She has been a registered nurse since 1984. Biography: Carissa Haines, APRN-CNP, FNP-BCreceived her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005, both from Wright State University. Carissa is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2005. Saima received an Academic & Clinical Achievement Award at Kettering College. Biography: Eddie D. Davenport, MD, FACC, FAsMA, is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Alburquerque, NM. He completed his internal medicine residency at David Grant U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA. Dr. Davenport went on to complete his cardiovascular disease fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. Dr. Davenport is a retired Air Force Colonel with extensive experience in cardiology. Dr. Davenport is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), a fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association (FAsMA), and a member of the International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has Aerospace Medicine Flight Surgeon Certification. Dr. Davenport is currently the Aerospace Cardiology Consultant to the USAF Surgeon General and works regularly with all branches of the military and NASA. He is an appointed Aeromedical Examiner (AME) and designated Federal Air Surgeon Cardiology Consultant to the FAA. He is the current United States delegate and prior chair of the NATO Occupational Cardiology Working Group and was awarded the NATO Science & Technology Organization Award for Best Contribution in 2024. He received numerous military awards during his career in the U.S. Air Force including the Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, Air Force Achievement Medal, Air Force Material Command International Affairs Excellence Officer of the Year in 2016, and many more. He completed his internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. He went on to complete a cardiology fellowship at Universityof Pittsburg Medical Centerin Pittsburg, PAand a cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Oregon Health & Science Universityin Portland, OR. Dr. Alkukhun is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Adult Echocardiography, and the American Board of Cardiology. He has earnedCore Cardiology Training Symposium (COCAT) level II in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology imagingby the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.
