Gina was great. Intake nurse was new and was not familiar with EKG device, so it was a very frustrating experience which took way longer than it should have.

I have NO issues with the staff. I do take issue with having to switch the day and location of the appointment on short notice (no reason given) or have the option to wait until September or even November for the next available appointment at the comparable time slot at MVH Main office. I do work and need to arrange in advance time off for these appointments. Adding to the aggravation was the fact the equipment used to check the pacemaker was not performing as it should (bad battery) and the I-pad wasn't cooperating. That was frustrating to all involved until the problem was resolved. My mother is 91 years old and it is somewhat of a production to get her 45 miles from home to these appointments. I choose MVH Main office because of its location and the ease of getting in and out of the facility. Thank you for this opportunity to be heard.

Ms. Gina is awesome. I am very comfortable with her. I can explain my concerns and we will talk thru them. She does not brush them off like there not valid. By the end of the visit, we always have plan of action.

Gina Reed, APRN, is a great provider. She listened carefullly and addressed even the most casual questions and comments about my health. She was extremely thorough and detailed, and took all the time needed. I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend her for your cardiac care.
