I saw Jacqueline today as my regular Gyn wasn't available for an emergency visit. She was friendly, kind, supportive, informative, patient and treated me with great respect and dignity as a patient. I appreciated her demeanor and professionalism and am so glad that I had her for my Doctor today. I have been coming to Virginia Women's Center over 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very warm and inviting and the building and office spaces are always decorated so nicely and very clean. I appreciate having a great place to come for my medical needs!

First visit with NP Madeline Staley. She was super nice, explained my new medication thoroughly, and explained the insurance approval process well. Will definitely be seeing her again.

I cannot recommend Leigh enough. She is so wonderfully patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. Because she is approachable, I felt very comfortable asking any and all questions. She also is kind enough to acknowledge when you’ve had to wait, even if the wait hasn’t been that long. The gold standard for patient care.

The first appt I had with FNP-C Leigh Leffingwell Lewis was a last minute urgent visit. She was extremely empathetic & so personable. I was diagnosed with an extremely rare condition by the ED the next day but Leigh LL continued to call to check up on me and ask if I needed anything. I had a ED follow up with an MD a few weeks later & although I was pleased with the appointment, I wish I had seen Leigh LL. I changed my primary provider to her & just saw her for my annual visit and could not have been happier not only with how the visit went but also with her as a person. Cannot say enough good things about her. Very intelligent, open-minded, personable, and funny. She is always smiling and I will make future appointments with her over all other providers from now on.

As a long-time patient of the Virginia Women's Center, it pains me to share my recent experience with Dr. Hasamone Nimjareansuk.During a follow-up appointment for non-OBGYN issues, the nurse asked about my last menstrual cycle—a question irrelevant to my visit. When I reluctantly answered, she laughed and commented, 'good for you.' This was unprofessional and hurtful, given my painful medical history.I told the nurse I preferred to discuss my concerns with the doctor. When Dr. Nimjareansuk entered, she immediately questioned why I had an issue answering her nurse’s questions and dismissed my discomfort. Her tone was condescending and unprofessional. She accused me of being disrespectful without understanding the situation and suggested I leave if 'this isn't working.'Feeling humiliated and disregarded, I left the exam room and requested to speak with the practice manager. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unheard, completely undermining my trust in this practice.

She always finds out what is wrong I trust her
