Grateful that Dr. Shannon fit me in immediately
I had a doctor’s appointment for exam and to schedule surgery after finding a mass. My doctor said we would need Dr. Shannon to perform a procedure after their surgery. She was kind enough to fit me in that same afternoon so that I didn’t have to make another two hour trip to her office. I found her very professional and also very sympathetic to my condition. She explained everything thoroughly and asked me if I had any questions. I feel very lucky to have a doctor of this caliber helping me with my surgery.

Professional and approachable
Very short wait. Staff well organized. The doctor's explanations were clear. All my questions answered. I did not feel rushed. Options offered and next visit and follow up arranged. Dr. Shannon is very competent. She also made me feel comfortable and recognized as having agency in my care.

I have already recommended Dr. Shannon to a friend
Dr. Shannon is top flight! I see her for urinary issues and I highly recommend her, and already have done just that to a new neighbor who suffers from UTIs. She is a true professional who listens and who is warm and kind. I feel very fortunate to be one of her patients.
