Very Dismissive and Not Patient-Centric
I had a bad experience with Dr. Pudhota and feel compelled to caution other patients. The initial consultation felt rushed, leaving me with unanswered questions and a sense of unease. Although the procedure itself went well, my follow-up appointment online was a repeat of the initial consultation (rushed and dismissive). During the follow-up, I sought clarification on the recommended procedure, hoping for a more thorough understanding. However, her lack of engagement and reluctance to delve into details left me feeling overlooked and disregarded. Despite my attempts to learn more about the procedure's timeline, potential side effects, success rates, and alternative options, her responses remained cursory at best. From rushed consultations to a dismissive attitude towards patient concerns, her practice falls short of the standard of care one should expect from a healthcare professional. For those seeking attentive, patient-centric care, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Dangerously incompetent
The first visit was great and I really liked Dr. Pudhota, the scheduled procedure went well, but the follow up has been a nightmare. Ten days after my procedure I got the results via a video consultation and a plan to treat my condition, but it took two days to get my medications sent to the pharmacy, when I picked them up there were ONLY three pills, one per medication. Called them to double check and the office acknowledged that they had made a mistake and corrected the amount, when I went to check out my prescriptions via the pharmacy app I realized one of them was penicillin, my chart clearly specifies that I am allergic to it. When I called back to highlight this, the person who answered said that it was the right medication for my treatment, I reiterated my allergies and asked to double check and ask Dr. Pudhota to review it. Next day they called and said my new prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, when I picked them up they were the same medications than before.
