Wonderful Doctor and wonderful staff
This was my first appointment with Dr. Youssef. He was easy to talk to and he listened to my concerns. He knew exactly what was needed and even showed me my problem on his diagram of a digestive system. He gave me samples of a medication to use until I could get a prescription filled. All the staff that I spoke to were also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Youssef to anyone with digestive issues.

The best in the South.
Dr. Youssef was great. He was proactive, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and has great bedside manners. Although, for me personally this was a scary visit the entire staff at GI Alliance in Mansfield were all wonderful.

Great Doc, scheduling experience needs improvement
My experience with Dr. Youssef was great. My experience getting the appointment, and getting the necessary information regarding the appointment was not the best. I expressed my concerns to someone at his office. I hope they can improve this part of the experience.

Colon scope
The doc and procedure were fine. The staff in the office has some issues. I had to call 4 days in a roll to get them to send a script to my pharmacy and it still did not get done. I finally just drove to his office and got a sample dose. Very frustrating. 30 min drive one way .my pharmacy is 3 min drive

Procedure went smooth
I used Dr Youssef for a colonoscopy. I had never met him before the procedure. The nurses and staff at the day clinic were very kind and personable. Dr Youssef introduced himself just seconds before I was put to sleep. Upon waking, he stepped in for literally about 5 seconds to let me know his findings and quickly vanished to the next patient. I have never been to his office so I don’t know if he’s that impersonal and rushed all the time or if he was just in a hurry that day. Anyway, I gave 4 stars due to bedside manner but the procedure, the nurses, and the clinic deserve 5 stars.

Best Experience
Dr. Youssef was great. From the first meeting, through the procedure. The staff is hands down the best at making you feel welcomed and safe. I’ve had a few procedures throughout my life, and this is the one that I felt the most comfortable about. Warm blankets and cool socks were a bonus.

Dr. Youseff is a very good doctor. I trust him very much. I rated this a 3 because it is impossible to reach his office. I have called 4 times just this morning, once to get an answering service, during what I thought was business hours and 3 times getting a recording. This is very inadequate for a doctor’s office to operate in this manner.
