I would like to give them no stars - while I was looking forward to the procedures I had scheduled with Dr. Eddib, the staff is incompetent and that is putting it mildly. I was to have preventative cancer surgery and waited nearly a year - they called 36 hours before the surgery to tell me the insurance company hadn't approve it 'yet' and that I should call them myself. Then I find out that the truth was the insurance co. had been waiting for information from THEM and hadn't gotten it until 3 days before the procedure. Keep in mind, this is life protecting surgery. They have ZERO empathy, no solution, they could have let me know weeks earlier and worked out a solution but instead they cancelled it and then told me to get another surgeon!!! I turned a job down because of the date of this and now they do this? I would stay away from them at all costs - none of them should be in healthcare and they should be ashamed of themselves for the stress they caused me and my family now. Karma gods

I've never experienced such poor patient care from any medical practice. Benn going here for a few years now, and it's simply getting so much worse. When contacting them through the patient portal, it can take days to get a response. When calling the office, your told they are waiting on a reply from the nurse. When you have been suffering from recurring UTI's, and the issues related to them, you'd like to know that they care enough to treat you quickly instead of waiting for days. Time to find a new doctor.

Get you in quick, then leave you waiting forever to schedule a follow-up. I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in and finished with a doctor in about 15 minutes. However, when I was told to have a seat and wait to schedule a surgery, I waited 40 minutes while surrounded by people who had been waiting even longer (a person who was there before me said they'd been waiting over an hour). This is no way to run a business, and whoever is in charge of this area should be ashamed of themselves.

After being a patient of WNY Urology for over 3 years, I can honestly say that they are not patient focused. Regularly you are seen 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment. They do not explain the purpose for some of the tests they perform. They say that a script was sent when that didn't happen. When making an appointment for the Sanborn location, they will set it up at the wrong location. I'm sorry I wasted my time here.
