Great physicians; questionable billing practices
I needed a med refill only. They scheduled me with RN practitioner instead of Dr. so they billed my visit as a new patient needing 45-60 mins of comprehensive exam and medical history. That code pays them triple what they should be paid for the purpose of this visit. Spent half the time talking about vacations not health. Also billed for ECG which purpose was never explained. They have learned how to use codes to increase their revenue without being transparent with the patient
