Soma Medical Center PA

My appointment was at 10:30 am. I left at 12:30 pm without seeing the doctor! I completed the check-in paperwork before arriving and STILL I was not able to be seen.I used to work as a front desk person for a medical practice and this practice obviously overfills their schedule (aside from possible walk-ins). They do not prioritize appointments which is a shame. I had work to go to after this appointment and chose a time I thought would be plenty for a basic physical (nothing wrong, just a check up). But after a 2 hour wait, I still wasn't seen by a doctor and had to leave.I suggest a different practice if you care about your time. Very disappointing. This was my first time visiting a S O M A practice and I would never come back.
