I have been with Dr. Masi for 18 years. His staff has no clue and he doesn't want to hear it. I complained that it took over 10 days to get a prescription and he blamed the pharmacy. I got the fax confirmation and it wasn't the pharmacy's fault. He did not want to listen to the fact that his staff screwed up and he discharged me from his care. Do not go here if you have an opinion you would like to express or if you disagree with the advice they give you. Problematic for a business (and that is what it is) that is in the people business. There are many doctors out there taking new patients and I suggest you try someone else. Use to be a very good Dr. and staff but now don't seem to care as much.

They (DR. Masi) were unwilling to do paperwork needed for my AA meetings and my work schedule...THEN had the audacity to charge me $80 for a 5 min visit in which they did NOTHING!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
