I have been a patient of Dr. Meleks' for many years & have highly recommended her to friends & family over the years. Her nurse Josie has been with her as long as I have been a patient there. They are both very personable. I've always been able to get in when needing a last minute appointment, never an issue with long wait times. I feel that I am heard & all of my questions are always answered. I trust Dr Meleks completely.

I read some previous negative reviews and I had to comment. I have been a patient of Dr. Meleks for about 7 years now. I love her and I love Josie! They are wonderful! They care about their patients. They always ask how my daughter is every time I visit. In fact even though she deals with adults in most cases, my daughters primary physician is Dr. Melek even though she's just a kid. This is simply because I trust Dr. Melek and Josie so much! I recommend everyone to them! I mean everyone.

Dr. Meleks is a good Doctor, but everybody else who works with Dr. Meleks is very rude and they don't care about patients, specially nurse Josie. Very unprofessional, very rude. Nobody smiles at that office and look very depressed and unhappy accept the Doctor. Very bad customer service.

Have been seeing Dr. Meleks for years. She is wonderful! she never rushes you, explains everything. Speaks numerous languages and is compassionate. I have doctors here and NY, she is the best & Her nurses & office team are a smooth running machine! very accommodating. Professional, while remaining friendly.

I'm new to the area and was told to have my files transferred. I'm okay with that, but the staff makes you come in and fill out a form (no email) and all the forms require is the address of the old doctor (which can easily be given over the phone or email). While waiting for my old doctor to transfer the files, I had an emergency and they refused to see me until they had the files. Called another doctor and was given an appointment the same day. Terribly mean and unhelpful staff that don't car

Dr. Meleks is thorough and compassionate, even in embarrassing situations such as rectal exams. Her nurses are also very good at explaining and thorough in helping prepare a patient during examinations.
