The thing I like about Dr Koppuzha is that she is no nonsense and she LISTENS. This makes a difference to me. I feel that she is invested in my staying healthy.

Always very thorough and she answers my questions with clear answers. A very competent physician I trust my life with, and one everyone should have.

Hello, I recently set up with Dr. Koppuzha to be my PCP, I have been to see her twice...she is so professional and caring...I even referred a couple of friends to her already...and they like her very much too...She is not in a multi physicians group, and that means so much to me...I even called the office once, and she picked up the phone...(unheard of)...the office is immaculate too, and a short time to wait...the staff is so friendly and down to earth...Highly Recommend Dr. Beena Koppuzha!

Went to her for a physical (new Patient). After 7 months and 4 visits, still no physical. Each time put me off saying, "next time" we will do it, Meanwhile, charging insurance and me for an office visit. She canceled my appt. last minute - I was actually sitting in the waiting room. Very abrupt manner. Never took the time to listen to ME. Just told me about herself. Rude to her own staff in front of patients. Contacted insurance company about this and filed a complaint. Next day I get a call saying if I come in the next day, Dr. Koppuzah would be happy to give me a physical. Not happening. Sent letter requesting my records be sent to new doctor. Two weeks later they never recieved them. Called Koppuzah's office. They said they would look into it and call back. Never did. 1 week later I called and Dr. K answered phone "who is this?". What Doctor's office answers the phone that way? Amazingly, the records appeared that afternoon. Not a good choice for a Doctor.

Dr. Koppuzha always makes time to talk to me on the phone and/or schedule me for a problem. If she feels I need a specialist she will recommend one. Been with her for 15 years and am very pleased.

All this Doctor cares about is her wallet. I was overcharged for my very first visit in April before my insurance was even billed. My insurance covered everything and I still have not received my refund, we are now almost into July. When I called about this issue her receptionist informed me the doctor handles and processes her own billing. WHO DOES THAT???!! A greedy doctor that’s who. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. I actually drove down there minutes later to confront the doctor in person about what had taken place. The doctor took no action and defended the receptionist. She also informed me she had used an ICD Code that was different from the normal to insure she would be paid for my previous visit even though she charged me $100 before even billing my insurance. She said she did this so she wouldn’t be “Ripped Off”. This is what she said to me. Unreal. I informed her she would most certainly continue losing new patients with this nonsensical behavior

Rudest staff I've ever encountered.. As a ne w patient one would think the staff would ne at the least cordial, but no, absolutely rude and unprofessional. When we passed our frustration to the doctor, she didn't care one bit.. it's amazing they retain any patients at all.. don't waste your time with this dr as i did.. Do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
