Wait for than hr, she just rushed through and not friendly. For ADD she just checked two eyes together rather than one by one. She had no patient for the selections and not taking my inputs. Have doubts about the over testing results by comparing the previous result. Not a good experience!

Thanks for the care!
Dr. Richards and the team were polite, professional and caring. I wasn't just a number or the dreaded last patient of the day (which I may have been). I felt Dr. Richards and the team were efficient and effective accomplishing each of their tasks. They answered my questions and were focused on treating me like the first patient of the day.I look forward to my next visit.

Unprofessional
Arrived an hour late and was confrontational when I mentioned it. Acted like it was Ok to put her hands on me while talking. Didn't seem to know how to read my visit history on the computer and I didn't feel like she diagnosed my problem either. Will be seeing a different Dr in the future!

Very happy with Dr. Richards, very thorough, and explains things in every day terms. Really believes in preventive care which is what my family is looking for. Very friendly and just so nice to have a conversation with. Only spent 5 minutes in the waiting room GREAT Went through the initial tests and contacts within 25 minutes. GREAT

waited in the room for over an hour
I understand some people get busy but an apology would've been fantastic. She knows her job well but is pretty straight forward. Kind of a "nice nasty" doctor. Def room for improvement. There was another patient complaining as well because she was waiting in the room for 30 mins. Def allow yourself some time when coming here.

Contact Lens Fitting
This was the first time I had tried contact lenses in the past five years. Despite my lack of coordination in installing and removing them (I had worn contacts for 56 years), the fit of these lenses is very comfortable, and the correction is excellent. I am most grateful to Dr. Richards.

Best eye exam in …. a long, long time.
Dr. Richards and her team were fantastic, professional and thorough. As someone who has had a detached retina in one eye and needs to read all day for his job, quality eye care is of utmost importance. In my opinion, Dr. Richards is second to none.

Most efficient and friendly!
I had a good experience with Dr. Richards-Golden. She did a thorough eye exam and educated me about what she was doing every step of the way. At the end she patiently answered all questions I had. I would recommend her highly to anyone!
