Kavita Sharma, DO is board certified in both pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation. She earned her medical degree from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME and went on to complete a medical/surgical internship with Saint Michaels Medical Center, Newark, NJ. Dr. Sharma completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NYU School of Medicine Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, followed by fellowship training in the subspecialty of interventional pain management and spine disorders with Florida Spine Institute.Dr. Sharma is active in several professional associations including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, Florida Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. With her extensive and varied training, Dr. Sharma is able to offer patients a multi-faceted approach to chronic pain management. She enjoys the hands-on nature of interventional pain management and provides alternatives to opioid use or surgical intervention whenever possible for the management of chronic pain. Dr. Sharmas goal is to offer relief to patients in a direct way that improves their quality of life.

Tse C. Lee, MD is board certified in both pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from Medical College of Ohio and went on to complete an internal medicine internship with St. Vincents Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. Dr. Lee completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NYU School of Medicine Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, followed by fellowship training in EMG, musculoskeletal, and interventional spine care. He currently serves as President of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.Dr. Lee is committed to providing personalized care to each of his patients in an effort to help them break free from chronic pain. He believes in a comprehensive approach to pain management, and utilizes the most innovative and proven pain treatments available.

Seif Elbualy, M.D., is the director of interventional pain management at Baptist Health's Marcus Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Elbualy specializes in interventional pain management, particularly for spine-related pain and failed back surgery syndrome. Dr. Elbualy joined the Marcus Neuroscience Institute from the Comprehensive Center for Pain Management at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, where he served as director. He is currently an affiliate assistant professor at the Charles A. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. He has more than 25 years of experience utilizing medication management and interventional pain therapy. He performs all fluoroscopically guided epidural and selective nerve root blocks, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and radiofrequency denervation. He has additional expertise in spinal cord stimulation, DRG stimulation and intrathecal pump implantation. Dr. Elbualy's goal is to help patients regain as much function as possible to improve their quality of life. He appreciates spending time with and getting to know his patients. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Elbualy enjoys spending time with his family and participating in medical mission trips to Haiti each year.

Dr. Man Le earned his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his residency in Anesthesia at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He practiced anesthesia for several years before discovering the then-new field of pain management. It was a new field I wanted to explore, Dr. Le says. I saw a lot of people suffering from chronic pain. It was a big obstacle in their lives and I realized I could make a difference. That led him to pursue fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Georgetown. He comes to Pain Relief Centers " Boca Raton from South Florida Pain Relief Centers, where he served as medical director for the past 3 years. Previously, he worked at the Comprehensive Pain Management Center in Baton Rouge, La. Before that, Dr. Le served as an attending physician for the Department of Anesthesia and as the medical director for the Pain Management Center at Boca Raton Regional Hospital for more than 10 years. His love of innovation in medicine and individualized care led him to Pain Relief Center.
