Rafael Velasquez, MD, attended residency in family medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama, and also completed a residency at Kansas University School of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine. Dr. Velasquez was born in Lima, Peru, and graduated from Federico Villarreal School of Medicine in 1993. He worked with multiple volunteer programs in his native Peru, including the early detection of cervical/breast cancer, cholera prevention, and the Peruvian Red Cross. Dr. Valasquez is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Medical Association. Her passion to bring whole health into focus began in her teenage years watching her father dedicate his life to health care. Dr. Nanda is passionate toward caring for her patients and working with each patient to educate and achieve the best health outcome. She delivers whole person care and has a special interested in arthritis, asthma, atherosclerosis, COPD, diabetes, hypertension and all aspects of preventative health care. She treats patients 18 and older. In her spare time Dr. Nanda enjoys living in the moment, music, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Gary Katz was born in Moscow, Russia and moved as a child to Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated from Mayfield High School. He attended Cleveland State University where he completed his pre-medicine coursework and studied embryological histology. He attended medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his post-graduate surgical residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.Dr. Katz moved to Florida and opened his practice with his wife, Dr. Robin Katz in 1998. He has a busy surgical and sports medicine practice and is a designing surgeon with Bio Pro Implants. Dr. Katz holds a patent on the Horizon subtalar joint arthroereisis and continues to develop and innovate with this company. Dr. Katz is the proud father of 2 teenage boys who are very active in sports. He enjoys coaching their ice hockey teams as a certified USA Hockey Coach. Dr. Katz also enjoys exercising and when time permits, he likes to work on old cars.

Dr. Heather Zelna received her undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management with minors in Biology and Chemistry from Florida State University, where she was a member of Tri Beta Biological Honor Society and Phi Beta Sigma National Honor Society. She then attended Des Moines University's College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery where she received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree and was a member of Pi Delta, the National Podiatric Honor Society reserved for those students at the top of their class. Dr. Zelna then completed her surgical residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital just outside of Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Zelna's experience includes a wide array of surgical and conservative management of sports injuries including fractures of the foot and ankle, tendon disorders, dermatological conditions, neurological conditions of the lower extremity, wound care, arthroscopic surgery, ankle replacement surgery, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
