Dr. Nielsen is a board-certified member of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Prior to practicing in San Diego, Dr. Nielsen completed her medical internship and residency training in neurology at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. She continued at the Mayo Clinic with a fellowship in neurophysiology. Dr. Nielsen received her medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she graduated with honors in the top 5 percent of her class. She also graduated with high honors from UC Santa Barbara while earning her bachelor of arts in physiology. As a general neurologist, Dr. Nielsen treats a variety of neurological conditions, including epilepsy, dementia, multiple sclerosis, and nerve and spinal cord issues. She has a special interest in helping patients with migraines and stroke. As a board-certified neurophysiologist, she performs nerve conduction studies (NCS) and electromyography (EMG) testing to help diagnose disorders of muscles and peripheral nerves. Dr. Nielsen believes that every patient relationship is a partnership developed by trust and communication. By encouraging her patients to play an active role in their health, she helps ensure each patient is involved in the decision-making process. A native of southern California, Dr. Nielsen enjoys hiking, snowboarding and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Dr. Oh joined the Neurology Center in 2009. She grew up and trained in Texas. She received her undergraduate degree at Rice University and medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. She completed her residency in Neurology and fellowship in Movement Disorders at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Oh has a special interest in Parkinson's disease and essential tremor. She is experienced in the management of deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, and dystonia. She also is experienced in using botulinum toxin injections for dystonia and spasticity and in managing intrathecal baclofen pumps for spasticity. Dr. Oh has privileges at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas and Tri-City Medical Center at Oceanside. She works at our Carlsbad and Escondido offices. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and Movement Disorders Society.

Dr. Quesnell grew up in Northern California. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Microbiology at UC Santa Barbara. She attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences where she received her medical degree. She completed her Neurology residency training at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, KS along with a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology. She then served as a clinical assistant professor in Neurology at the University of Kansas prior to joining the Neurology Center in 2016. She enjoys general neurology but has a special interest in neuromuscular conditions. She is board certified in both Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology.

Dr. Wadhwa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Jefferson Medical College in 1999. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society during his junior year of medical school. After graduating medical school, Dr. Wadhwa studied Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery during his residency at the University of California at Irvine. He is on the medical staff at Palomar Pomerado Hospital and is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and the California and San Diego Medical Associations. Dr. Wadhwa is married and has two daughters, a son, and a golden retriever. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, sailing and hockey. Dr. Michael Morelock graduated from the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska in 1979. He completed his Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) specialty training at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland in 1984, during which he served at the National Children's Hospital in Washington, DC and the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
