Biography: Dr. Andrew Jen, MD is a board-certified fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction, complex joint replacement and general orthopaedic care. His scope of practice includes primary and revision joint replacements, trauma and fracture care, pediatric fracture care, sports medicine, and minor hand and foot and ankle surgery. He provides orthopaedic care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. Dr. Jen is a native of the Philadelphia area. He attended the Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate studies, where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Pre-Medicine and Psychology, with a minor in theatre. He then completed medical school at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine before matching into orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. While in residency, he received broad training in general orthopaedic surgery care. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Lenox Hill Hospital/Northwell Health in New York City. He has received extensive training in joint replacement surgery of the knee and hip, training under Dr. Giles Scuderi, the lead clinical designer of the Zimmer Persona Knee Replacement System. He is well versed in primary and partial knee replacement surgery, primary hip replacement with the direct anterior and posterior approach, robotic knee and hip replacement with the Mako Robotic Platform, computer navigated knee replacement with the OrthoAlign system, same-day joint replacement surgery, management of prosthetic joint infections, complex knee and hip arthroplasty revision, and periprosthetic fracture management. Dr. Jen believes in a patient-centered and collaborative approach to patient care, delivered with the highest degree of attention to ethics and patient safety. Minn Saing, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder and general orthopedic surgery.
