Biography: Catarina Gulledge, MD is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, MI. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Gulledge completed a hand surgery fellowship at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Gulledge is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Gulledge performs hand surgery at Hand and Reconstructive Surgeons and Associates. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Northwell Health Hofstra School of Medicine at Plainview Hospital in Plainview, NY. Dr. Wright went on to complete an orthopedic trauma fellowship at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. Dr. Wright is board certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Osteopathic Association. Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. He is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeonsand American College of Surgeons.
