Biography: Julie Roberts, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hand and wrist surgery, minimally invasive surgery, hand injuries, fracture care, hand and wrist arthritis, nerve disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, and tendon injuries. _x000D_ Dr. Roberts is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. _x000D_ Dr. Roberts enjoys kayaking, hiking, traveling, and reading.

Care Philosophy: Yong Zhu, MD, is a board-certified rheumatologist who cares for patients age 16 and older. Dr. Zhu practices full-spectrum rheumatology, from diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases to care for vasculitis. His approach is patient-centered and compassionate. Dr. Zhu is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology.

Care Philosophy: My goal is early diagnosis of the type of Arthritis and initiation of treatment to prevent further damage to the joints. I believe in empowering my patients with the latest knowledge and research about different disease states, which helps in medical decision-making and keeping them functional to enjoy life to the fullest.

Care Philosophy: Eric Alyea, DO, MPH, is an orthopedic surgeon with special interest in complex shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Alyea strives to provide the highest quality care using the latest techniques in an evidence based manner, and to serve patients through a collaborative, shared decision model developed through open and honest communication with the informed patient. Dr. Alyea is a candidate member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, Western Orthopaedic Association, Wilderness Medical Society, American Medical Association and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. Dr. Alyea was an assistant team physician for the Dallas Mavericks during the 2018-19 season. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, archery, snowboarding and other outdoor activities.

Care Philosophy: Donna Smith, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in complex hand/wrist/elbow trauma, carpal tunnel syndrome and Dupuytren's disease. Dr. Smith strives to get to know her patients and develop treatment plans tailored to their needs. She encourages patients to ask questions to ensure they understand their condition and the options for treatment, and she assists them to make educated decisions about their health. Her goal is to help patients improve function and quality of life. Dr. Smith is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS). She is a member of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association and American Medical Association. Away from work, Dr. Smith enjoys ice hockey, golf and spending time with family.

Care Philosophy: Board certified in rheumatology and internal medicine, Dr. Wang is fellowship-trained and specializes in rheumatology. Dr. Wang is committed to providing comprehensive treatment and taking a holistic view of the health of each of his patients. Dr. Wang has a broad interest and experience in treating patients with health issues ranging from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis to carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis and vasculitis. He also provides care for patients suffering from other chronic conditions, such as lupus and gout. Dr. Wang is experienced in procedures to alleviate pain and speed recovery, including joint/soft tissue injections and ultrasound-guided diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
