Biography: Matthew Villani, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon who obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Villani completed a residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando, serving as chief resident in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Villani comes to AdventHealth from Central Florida Bone and Joint Institute in Orange City, FL, where he has served as a foot and ankle surgeon since 2020. He was also the foot and ankle specialist at the Manoogian Orthopedic Clinic in Mt. Dora over the last year. Before that, he treated patients at the Foot and Ankle Associates of Florida in Lake Mary, FL. Dr. Villani is also a published author and a frequent presenter at professional conferences. His work includes articles in prominent medical journals and presentations at international conferences on advances in foot and ankle surgery. Outside his professional commitments, Dr. Villani enjoys golf, football, windsurfing, scuba diving, fishing and spending time with his family.
