Biography: Hello, I am Dr. Rachel Scott. I am a surgeon providing Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery services in the Western suburbs of Indianapolis, Indiana. I am a Board Certified in both Plastic and General Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). After completing extensive Fellowship training in Plastic Surgery, I was fortunate to join Hendricks Regional Health as their staff Plastic Surgeon. This has been an exciting and rewarding partnership, as I grew up in rural Putnam County, only about 30 minutes from their main Danville, Indiana campus. It has been a joy to be able to provide care to the people of this region and to give back to the area from which I came. I look forward to a long relationship with the members of this community. As a Plastic Surgeon, I address a wide variety of concerns. I consult with patients for everything from skin cancer, to carpal tunnel syndrome, to excessively large breasts and many many other issues. This variety is one of the things I enjoy most about my specialty. I provide a different service to each patient based on their needs, and in many ways am a completely different doctor for each problem. However, regardless of what question a patient brings to me, I have one goal and hope for our relationship: to make your life better than when we met. I want all of us to live our best life, whatever that means for you!
