Dr. Elders is an honors graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and served as a chief resident in the Henry Ford Hospital's department of orthopedic surgery. He then went on to complete an advanced spinal surgery fellowship at the prestigious Texas Back Institute. Dr. Elders has over 20 years of experience in his field. He specializes in the treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions including sports medicine injuries, hand injuries, foot injuries and degenerative conditions and arthritis. Additionally, he has completed a fellowship in advanced spinal surgery and specializes in the treatment of all spinal conditions including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, spinal trauma, and spinal deformity.Regardless of what orthopedic or spinal condition you may be suffering from, Dr. Elders can help you determine the best course of action to get back to a pain-free life. Biography: Dr. Fahl Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine Surgeon Dr. Fahl is an arthroscopy and sports medicine surgeon with a focus on shoulder and knee injuries. He has cared for patients and athletes of all ages and levels of activity during his career. You may see him on the sidelines at one of the area high school football games but his experience has included caring for professional athletes as well, such as the Houston Rockets and Astros. Dr. Fahl achieves his greatest satisfaction when his patients' return back to their pre-injury level of activity. His practice includes surgical and non-surgical treatment of shoulder and knee injuries. He has extensive experience in shoulder SLAP repairs, Bankart repairs, and rotator cuff repairs. He also has extensive experience in knee ACL reconstructions, meniscal surgery, and complicated cartilage and ligament reconstructive cases.
