Biography: Dr. Purtill is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery. He is the author of numerous articles published in orthopaedic journals and has traveled extensively lecturing on orthopaedic topics. Dr. Purtill is a professor of orthopedic surgery and the Vice Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine of Thomas Jefferson University. He is on the Board of Directors of OMEGA medical grants, on the editorial board of the Journal of Arthroplasty and a member of the executive committee of the Jefferson Medical College alumni association.

Biography: Dr. Mariani completed his Orthopaedic Residency in 1986. Board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery, he is a member of the AOAO. Dr. Mariani served as Chief of Staff for Kennedy Memorial Hospitals. Having served as its Director of Orthopedics at Kennedy Health System, as well, Dr Mariani was instrumental in the growth of the orthopedic program at the institution. He has been involved with several advances in orthopaedic care, and is currently an industry consultant for Stryker Orthopedics. He has been named to the Courier Post's ``Best of South Jersey`` list and was most recently named Top Physicians by South Jersey Magazine, 2013. Currently, Dr. Mariani focuses on innovative techniques for knee replacement surgeries. His primary practice consists of patients with knee pain, which he treats in the Harbor Pavilions, Sewell office.

Dr. Lee attended Temple University, where she received her medical degree, and completed her internship at Abington Memorial Hospital. She then completed her residency in orthopedic surgery at Temple University Hospital and her fellowship in hand surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Lee is devoted to ensuring the longevity of her patients' health and developing long-lasting relationships with them. She takes her time to understand symptoms and give correct diagnoses to ensure the continued health of all her patients.
