The medical assistants are very helpful and beautiful. They are always very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Everyone in the office brightens my day and brings a smile to my face. Her staff is very hardworking. Dr. Ross is the most amazing Dr. I have ever visited, which is why I have been her patient for over five years. She is always busy, which is to be expected, but she is well worth the wait. Thank you Dr. Ross and staff for all that you do!

She is amazing as well as her staff. They are all so sweet and funny. Truly a great experience when I go. I dont mind waiting. Its a doctors office,its expected. She takes her time with each patient. Thank you Dr Ross for everything you do. Keep up the good work.

I can only praise Dr. Ross and her staff. She is extremely thorough, patient and spends time with you and does not rush you. Dr. Ross is very compasionate and truely empathetic. She looks at every option available and always discusses the options and allows you to be comfortable with the decision. The secretaries will help you in any way they can, they are very courteous and respectful. Dr.Ross is extremely knowledgable and so is her staff. Dr. Ross has built my confidence again.

I waited 1 hour 30 mins before being seen. No one said anything. This happened both visits. Faculty has bad attitude. Never would recommend or return

Dr Ross is wonderful. She really cares and has helped me so much. I was blessed when I was referred to her. Would highly recommend her. She had to refer me to another orthopedic Dr for a problem she doesn't handle. The Dr was rude and refused to help me. She was so sympathetic and found me another one who was great and helped me

Dr. Ross and her staff is amazing.when I first went there she made sure that she did everything she could for me.. her P.A Kate is awesome when I told her about the issues I was having with my job she was so eager to help me. after my surgery no matter what issue I was having they made sure to help me..one of her employees Beverly made it a priority that I got my prescriptions filled even when they had issues with their office. . I would recommend them to everyone.i loved the service
