Biography: Courtney E. Barrett, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Duke University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2010. Courtney is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brought two years' experience as a neuroscience nurse to her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. Jennifer is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. Jennifer is a four-time Olympic athlete and has won two Olympic bronze medals in the sport of speedskating.

Biography: Michael A. Herbenick, MD graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 2000. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Herbenick completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. He is board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
