Uncaring staff
Having a special need and a referral from my PCP, both the appointments contact and someone on the clinical staff were very cold and uncaring. Will look elsewhere.

Two stars is generous
I had a stroke 12/21. Dr. Guo has been my Nuerologist and his office located in the in the hospital. He may be the only one. His office cancels appointments last minutes no explanation given. He ordered injections in July and it took numerous calls to finally I got the treatment in Dec 2022. In that time he never returned phone calls calls or emails related to refill prescriptions, even breathing supplies. If I didn’t have other doctors I would have run out of meds many times. He has left me feeling like your 60 and you had al so get over it. Finding a good doctor is impossible!!

He left many patients, myself included, without proper followup care when he shut down his practice to move. His prescriptions were seen as reckless and zealous by new doctor.
