Biography: Dr. Nelson is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed residency training at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis.

Biography: Dr. Graham earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in family practice at Methodist Hospital. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. Dr. Graham is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Care Philosophy: "I like to focus on preventive medicine with my patients. A lot of times, if we can catch a health issue early, through cholesterol screenings or blood sugar checks, with lifestyle modifications we can hopefully avoid medicines."
