Biography: Dr. Milind Shastri specializes in Internal Medicine and is the Founder and President of Your Care Clinics, LLC. He is a graduate of M. S. University of Baroda, India where he was the Chief Resident of Ophthalmology. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Dr. Shastri moved to St. Petersburg in 1999 where he began providing quality medical care to the residents of Pinellas County. His leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and dedication to his patients have grown his practice to include six physicians and two nurse practitioners that serve both North and South Pinellas County. He is a dedicated husband and father to a son and twin daughters. He is an avid chess player and loves to play video games with his children. Dr. Shastri is a compassionate and empathetic physician who takes time to listen to all of his patients and treats them with integrity and professional courtesy. He truly believes in giving back to his community by participating and sponsoring local events that educate the public. It is through this dedication that he has maintained an outstanding reputation throughout the 9 years he has practiced in this community.

Care Philosophy: My philosophy is to care for my patients just as I would for my family. I am committed to comprehensive care and treatment with close follow-ups. I emphasize in preventive measures and the care of chronic diseases over the long term. To accomplish this I spend the majority of time during each 20-30 minute visit talking to my patients.
