Highly recommend
Dr. Lopez pays close attention. He communicates with all the staff so any prescriptions or referrals are immediately taken care of. The office is well run, polite, very clean and quiet.

Temperamental. Uninterested. Phony
After seeing him for years, he yelled at me for my attitude, and then refused to treat me. I've noticed over time he was showing lack of interest, and spent most of his time with his back to me and just saying, 'uh huh', etc. while I was telling him my problems. I would ask 'should I do this?' and he would keep looking at the computer and say, 'uh huh'. He has changed a great deal from a few years ago. After I left his office, I heard some staff giggling. Embarrassing and humiliating. I had no doctor for three days until I could find another. Everything happens for the best. It was time for me to find a better doctor.

I love this Dr's work ethics & concern. Every MA is proficient. The Receptionist is extremely helpful. The only problem I have ever had is with my referrals to Dr. Patel @ USF. Great Dr, great staff

This Team has brought my Copd under control.
They listened, were very through. Willing to try new med. It brought my Copd under control first time this year. I'm so glad I switched to this Dr. Office. I would recommend this Dr & his office to anyone looking for a new Medicare Primary Dr.

Best Doctor I’ve ever had! Very through!
I was still very weak from kidney surgery and had a checkup with him. My bandage was falling apart and he personally removed the old bandage and put a new bandage on me. I am so blessed to have him as my doctor. The staff is also very nice, and friendly!

I highly recommend Dr J. Lopez. He is very caring and shows great concern. My husband and I were both patients. We have returned to our home in Indiana and miss Dr Lopez greatly.

Worst family doctor I have ever seen. Talks about his views on politics in an exam. Refuse to give me an ortho consult when I have so much pain in my hips I can barely walk. Refuse my oncologist suggestion of a pet scan that I needed because I have been diagnosed with a tumor that often occurs in several places at one time. If you want to be disregarded and disrespected this is your guy. If you want somebody to listen to you and work with you, run don’t walk.

he presented himself as a doctor AND a human being .took the time for a full exam and understood my health care needs. I was very impressed and happy to find a primary care Dr. for all time. the only thing that good ruin this would be an insurance company!

If I could leave a negative I would...Dr Lopez was not friendly and kept his back to me during almost the entire appt. He ordered an EKG test that was not necessary. I was there for referral to Ortho for fractured foot and breast injury resulting from a fall. He was busy trying to push shots and high blood pressure meds onto me, of which I did not need. My blood pressure was 143/88 but it was because of my pain I was in, from my fall which he could have cared less and was not going to give me anything to help with my pain. I never went back again to this awful doctor. Staff was uncaring as well.

This man likes to charge you for unnecessary things like antibiotics for a virus. Antibiotics are for bacteria not for viruses. He likes to make fun of the staff and ask personal inappropriate questions. I will never let my family go to this awful place. He likes nothing more than to make money off of people. Horrible, horrible man.
