Biography: Jessica Denlinger, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2019. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in Athens, OH in 2016 and her Associates of Science Degree in Nursing from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, OH in 2008. Biography: Kimberly F. Bethel, MD is a graduate of Howard University and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Bethel is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has a special interest in hypertension, diabetes, and women's health. Dr. Bethel has been with Trotwood Physician Center since 1990.

Biography: Duane Dickens, MD is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Howard University. He completed his residency in family medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Dickens is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has a special interest in hypertension, diabetes, pediatrics, and men's health. Dr. Dickens has been with Trotwood Physician Center since 1996.

Biography: Erin McKibben, MS, APRN-FNP earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Dayton and her Master of Science in Nursing degrees from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining Stillwater Family Care, she served as a nurse practitioner in urgent care. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Biography: Jennifer Phlipot, MSN, APRN, FNP-C obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Jennifer is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and she strives to build healthy relationships with patients in order to achieve long-term wellness. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Biography: Daniel Elshoff, MD joined Premier Physician Network/Upper Valley Medical Center in 1999. A graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine with a specialty in Family Medicine, Dr. Elshoff completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Ohio State Medical Association and has his Ohio Medical license.

Biography: Joyce Tebbe, MSN, APRN, ACNP-C, attended Wright State University where she studied to become an acute care nurse practitioner. She has worked in various capacities over the past 25 years both as a nurse practitioner in primary care as well as the specialty settings of cardiology and nephrology, and as a registered nurse in a cardiac catheterization lab and intensive care unit. She has also participated in clinical research involving new medications and medical devices. Ms. Tebbe is a long-time resident of Covington where she and her husband have raised three children. They enjoy spending their spare time with friends, family and grandchildren.

Biography: Samantha M. Loel, APRN-FNP earned her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Wright State University. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Biography: Kathryn E. Kirk, PA-C earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, OH in 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health and Movement Studies from Hanover College in Hanover, IN in 2016. Kathyrn is board certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Biography: Carrie Evans, FNP earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 2017 where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006. Carrie is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2006. She brought 11 years of nursing experience on the advanced care floor to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Dr. Barrett is a graduate of A.T. Still UniversityKirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. She completed her family medicine residency at Summa Akron City Hospital in Akron, OH. Dr. Barrett is board certified in family medicine. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.

Biography: John Terry, MD is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Missouri at Kansas City and a residency in neurology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Biography: Mazin A. Alhaj, MD is a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. He completed hisfamily medicine residency at Summa Health System Akron City Hospital in Akron, OH where he also completed a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship. Dr. Alhaj earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The Ohio State University. Dr. Alhaj is board certified in family medicine. Biography: Anessa Alappatt, MD is a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Indiana University's Methodist Hospital. Dr. Alappatt is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Fairborn Medical Center and Premier Physician Network since January 2008.

Biography: Elizabeth Baumann received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Ohio University (OU) in Athens, OH in December 2018. She has worked in the Neurology field since graduating in 2018. Elizabeth particularly enjoys working with the Parkinson's disease, Dementia, and headache disorders. Elizabeth is currently attending OU to obtain Post-Graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certificate with an expected graduation date of April 2023. She is certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Previously, Elizabeth earned her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH in 2009 and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 from OU.
