Care Philosophy: Dr Fontaine received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and completed his general surgery residency at Boston University. In 2006, he graduated as chief resident in thoracic surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital - Harvard Medical School. Dr Fontaine began his thoracic surgery practice at University of Montreal but was then recruited to become part of the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Brown Medical School in Providence, RI.
