Biography: Thomas R. Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Zink is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Osteopathy, National Guard Association of the United States, Ohio Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Zink is a Captain in the Ohio Army National Guard. He is the team physician for Troy City Schools. He is the Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic department chair and Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic trauma liaison. Dr. Zink has a special interest in knee arthroscopy and replacement, and shoulder arthroscopy, anatomic, reverse, revision, and replacement surgery.

Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. Biography: Kayla Bostwick, CNP is a primary care provider in Vandalia, Ohio. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Cedarville University School of Nursing where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kayla is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2017. She brings four years of emergency and trauma nursing care to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Biography: Michael A. Deyhle, PA received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2016. Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton in 2012.

Biography: Benjamin D. Mishler, MPAS, PA-C, AT received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College in Kettering, OH in 2020. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Anderson University in Anderson, IN in 2014. Biography: John Terry, MD is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Missouri at Kansas City and a residency in neurology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Terry completed fellowships in neurocritical care at Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical Center and interventional neuroradiology at the University of Iowa. Biography: Julie Neff, CNP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Wright State University. Julie serves on the outpatient ischemic stroke clinic team. Julie serves as a clinical stroke program manager. Prior to becoming a CNS and stroke program manager she served as a clinical nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Biography: Pam Werner, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Werner is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
