Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. She completed her residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Long-Prentice is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Long-Prentice has a special interest in women's health and has been with Premier Physician Network since 1994.

Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in 2008. Lindsey is certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing. Lindsey has been a registered nurse since 2008. She brought eight years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse to her career as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
