Andrea Carr, CNM

Andrea was amazing. She throughly explained everything and validated my concerns and worries. She explained options I had and how to achieve the goals I want together as a team rather than patient vs provider. Her knowledge and caring and listening ears eased my worries. I have never felt more confident in the choice of switching to this practice.

The wait was long but all staff the provider, nurse and receptionist were all very friendly

I loved my experience with Andrea. I immediately recommended her to a friend who is in the same place that I was, needing a first time exam. Andrea listened to me talk about even some personal things that I had on my mind, and I left feeling very empowered by her words and her great approach to healthcare. She made me feel completely comfortable and even happy to be in her office. The staff, as well, was very friendly and helpful. The computers were down on the day of my appointment and staff was adjusting to the issue as much as possible while still maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Again, I couldn't recommend this office enough to any woman who is need of a new provider.

I found this provider to be judgmental and not helpful when it came to my labor process questions. She seemed to care more about how she wanted to do things rather than what I wanted for my labor and delivery. I felt very uncomfortable during my appointment and left feeling sad and disappointed.

Long wait time but always great care

Andrea is amazing, and helped me prepare for my labor. It worked out perfectly since she was the one who ended up delivering my daughter. I could not have had a better labor experience.

Always love seeing Andrea! Her personality makes everything better. It's always a fun time in the office when talking with her. She explains things so well and makes everything understandable. Even with my second pregnancy there is things that are new and unknown that she helped answer every question I had. 10/10 recommend seeing Andrea!

Despite having an early morning appointment and arriving on time, the office was still running 30 minutes behind. Additionally the layout of the waiting room means I could hear all of the information being discussed by other patients at the front desk consider investing in sound machines.

Andrea Carr is a gift to the OB/GYN field. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and have referred her to family and friends. The entire office at WHS is great.

I really appreciate that the provider asked about my mental health and expressed concern for my mental health. It was not just about my physical well being as I anticipated and was as much about my mental health as it was my physical health. She listened intently, showed empathy, and gave a lot of guidance, support, and care! I felt listened to, cared for, as well as important and I could not have asked for more. This was my first time meeting Andrea and she made an awesome first impression and one that will last (in a good way)!

I love the midwives in this practice. They truly care about the needs and desires of their clients. They encouraged me in ways I would not have received otherwise with a different provider.
