Biography: Paul Goodwyn M.D is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in orthopedic trauma and general orthopedic surgery with Texas Bone and Joint in Houston, TX. Dr. Goodwyn completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma at Sonoran. Dr. Goodwyn attended the State University of New York Upstate Medical University and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of New Mexico. Before his medical career, Dr. Goodwyn graduated with distinction from the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.Dr. Goodwyn is passionate about helping patients return to their maximal function after an injury and is excited to practice with Texas Bone and Joint. He truly believes in treating the whole patient - not just treating X-rays or scans. He and his team truly take pride in their work and the care they give and want the best outcome for their patients - with or without surgery.When not working and treating his patients, Dr. Goodwyn enjoys music, spending time with family and friends, fitness, and anything outdoors. He is currently welcoming new patients and referrals. When appropriate, the practice does offer telehealth visits.

Biography: Dr. He is an award-winning, board-certified Johns Hopkins and Harvard trained anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist A Texas native, she earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine followed by Anesthesiology residency training at Johns Hopkins. Dr. He further specialized and completed a Pain Fellowship at Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital, which has been recognized as the Top Pain Management Fellowship in the Nation. Throughout her training, Dr. He has been fortunate to learn from leaders in the field. While at Harvard, she also studied novel treatments to better manage knee pain with the goal of delaying and avoiding surgery.

Biography: Dr. Jackson received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University and completed medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago and Phoenix. Having an accomplished family physician as a father, Dr. Jackson knew from an early age that he desired to be a physician. Further direction was provided during his undergraduate years when he was able to spend extensive time with a distinguished hand surgeon in San Diego, California and performed research on the surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. From that point on, Dr. Jackson became dedicated to learning the skills necessary to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to the hand and upper extremities in order to restore function and enhance individual lives. During his residency in orthopedic surgery at Ohio University, he served as chief resident in his final year and then undertook his surgical fellowship training at Tufts University-New England Medical Center in the Combined Hand/Upper Extremity. Before moving to Houston, Dr. Jackson practiced in Austin and California in hand/upper extremity and general orthopedic surgery. He is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Jackson is interested in nearly every form of art, sports, culture, outdoor activity and environmental pursuit, but tends to spend most of his time with his wife and two young daughters, building computers, listening to music and exercising at the gym while thinking about planning his next marathon.
