Best PM Dr!
I saw Dr. Yancey. I had seen other PM Dr’s in the past. Several actually where I moved from. I can say without a doubt with Dr.y you’re in amazing hands. Sometimes he could be quite and I guess sometimes I didn’t realize what he was trying to tell me. I wish I would have realized that then bc I take him back in a heartbeat. He knows what he’s doing. And he WILL do all he can to help your pain. And he’s not what these other FEW on here say. If it’s his professional opinion you need medication intervention he will take action. But I totally understand trying to avoid anyone getting on them unless they have to. THANK YOU Dr. Y for all you did!!! You helped me more than you know. I will miss you and your staff(Roxy too :)) Thanks for always being so kind and understanding.

Another doctor that is overly paranoid due to Opioid Crisis Accountability Act. When describing a previous experience at a different pain management clinic, Yancey became UNGLUED and just outright refused to even discuss the subject. While there IS an opioid crisis in this country, it should not be assumed that EVERY patient is subject to immediate addiction therefore refusing to even consider an extremely effective solution to short-term, acute pain problems. Alternative pain solutions come with as many if not more side-effects than opioids and are certainly not as effective except for a small percentage of patients. The Opioid Crisis Accountability Act was put in place to target long-term opioid use for chronic pain problems, not short-term acute pain issues. Just another case of Big Brother penalizing everybody for the sins of a few and the whiplash response by doctors more concerned with protecting their license than considering a holistic approach to a patients needs.

I was in pain for over 6 months. Visiting various medical professionals in this area. Dr. Sheih refereed me to Dr. Yancey. He is intelligent great bedside manners and he KNOWS his job very well. I went to MHSC and he preformed his magical session. He came out confident and sure that he had cured me. He did... Well above what I expected. I have nothing but praise and thanks to Dr. Yancey and his team. I can also tell you that MHSC Pinecroft is second to none. Than You Dr. Yancey..... Terrariums over aquariums Doc...

Dr. Yancy is very considerate and helpful in determining the best way for me to handle my pain issues. He is trustworthy and thorough, yet down to earth and friendly. So far I have had two Epidural Steroid Injections which have helped immensely. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Yancy. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Yancey performed RIGHT SACROILIAC JOINT RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATION(including right L4 medial branch nerve) procedure on me on 5/16/2012. I felt immediate relief and am doing very well after two weeks. His associate, Dr. Ankur Khosla, administered the anesthesia and I didn't feel any pain other than having the port placed in my hand by the nurse in preparation for the procedure. Once I rolled over onto the procedure table, I didn't know anything until I awakened afterwards. 100% satisfaction

Two years ago I ruptured two discs in my lower back. Walking was so difficult I was housebound. Dr. Yancey's compassion and knowledge was extremely reassuring. After successful initial treatment, his Followup with personal phone calls made me a believer. Granted, not all treatment is successful, but in my case I can only give him the highest recommendations.
