He then went on to the University of Texas Medical Branch where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine and did his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Danilevich completed his medical training with a fellowship in Orthopedics Trauma from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Danilevich believes that by helping patients better understand their condition and options leads to the best informed decisions and care treatment plans. Dr. Danilevich enjoys orthopedic trauma because it is a fast paced, interesting and difficult specialty that pushes you out of your comfort zone and forces you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. He received his orthopaedic training at Scott & White Hospital and continued with advanced fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at The University of Chicago. During his training, he worked directly under Dr. Daniel Mass, one of the world's leading experts in tendon injury and upper extremity surgery. He returned to the Tomball/Woodlands area after being an associate professor of upper extremity surgery at Scott & White Hospital. There he instructed residents and young surgeons on the latest techniques and trauma care for upper extremity injuries. Throughout his career, he has learned, performed and researched the most advanced, cutting-edge techniques in hand and upper extremity care providing care for several Major League Baseball teams and serving as one of the team physicians for the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks. Currently, he takes care of the entire spectrum of upper extremity injuries and enjoys the multidisciplinary approach of orthopedic treatment at Texas Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine.
