Dr. Reyes received his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Reyes is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Fertility Society, the Texas Medical Association, the Bexar County Medical Society and the Mexican American Physician's Association.Dr. Reyes was the first President of the Institute for Women's Health, and is a founding partner of the Medical Center call group.
