Then, Dr. Mancao continued to serve the Tampa community during his general surgical residency at the USF Consortium/HCA GME Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point. He specializes in minimally invasive general surgery. Dr.Matthew Mancao is excited to bring excellent care by using the latest techniques and treatments based on scientific evidence.

Biography: Dr. Oppenheimer is a Board-Certified General Surgeon specializing in weight loss surgery and minimally invasive interventions and has been in surgical practice more than 10 years. His main interests include treating patients with morbid obesity, GERD, and hernias. Dr. Oppenheimer also centers focus on malignancies of the gastro-intestinal tract, including gastric and colon cancer, as well as caring for patients with breast cancer and melanoma. His compromise is to develop new treatment strategies tailored individually for patients to provide high quality patient centered care that is compassionate and personalized.
