Biography: Dr. Denise Howard grew up in Columbus, Mississippi. She did herundergraduate work at the University of Mississippi and then attended JohnsHopkins receiving a MD, MPH in 1993. She is BoardCertified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Collegeof Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Certified Physician Executive. She isalso a member of the American Urogynecologic Society, Society of GynecologicSurgeons, and the American Association for Physician Leadership. Dr. Howard is committed to ensuring every woman receives quality care. She believesimproving health literacy, engaging women, and incorporating technology intohealthcare delivery is the way to equitable health.
