Neil Julie MD got his degree in medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society for academic excellence. He was a fellow in gastroenterology/hepatology at the University of Pennsylvania after completing a residency in internal medicine at U.C. San Francisco.
