Care Philosophy: Dr Rebekah Costello provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including women&rsquos health, birth control, osteopathic manipulation, skin lesion procedures and injections for painful joints and trigger points. Her goal is to help patients reach their own best version of health and wellness. \n Dr Costello earned her medical degree at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She completed her family medicine residency at WMU Homer-Stryker School of Medicine, Kalamazoo, Michigan, and at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.
